These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LandXOS™ platform, website, and related services operated by LX Systems LLC DBA LandXOS ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About LandXOS™

LandXOS™ is an AI-powered land intelligence platform that helps land developers, investors, wholesalers, and fund managers research, score, finance, and trade raw land. The platform includes tools such as LandSCOUT™, LandYIELD™, LandFAX™, LandGOV™, and related services operated by LX Systems LLC.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or opt in to receive SMS communications from us. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. SMS Messaging

SMS Terms: By opting in to receive SMS messages from LX Systems LLC DBA LandXOS, you agree to receive text messages related to your account status, waitlist updates, platform launch notifications, and customer support responses. If you separately opt in to receive marketing SMS messages, you may also receive promotional texts, special offers, founding member updates, and platform announcements.

Message frequency may vary.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, simply sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our platform and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

Use our services to violate any applicable law or regulation.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our platform or systems.

Use our services to transmit unsolicited communications or spam.

LandXOS™, LandYIELD™, LandSCOUT™, LandFAX™, LandGOV™, and Land Intelligence® are trademarks and proprietary products of LX Systems LLC. The platform is protected by U.S. Patents 9,569,462; 10,929,442; and 11,526,537. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any portion of our platform or content without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimers

Our platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any data or analysis provided through the platform. LandXOS™ scores and reports are tools to support your decision-making and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LX Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including any reliance on platform data or scores.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
